A film that says all the right things while tackling tough subjects. It’s hard not to respect its message of love and equality. Despite all this, The Help plays it too safe.
Although not wholly entertaining from a cinematic perspective, Finishing School still a fun watch when you take its age and subversive attitude into consideration.

A cold biopic that doesn’t hold up now that its subject matter has left the spotlight.
Despite a couple of uneven parts that may try the patience of some, the whole of Fantasia is a marvel.
Although magnificent and filled with imagination, Fantasia 2000 doesn’t hold up as being particularly ground-breaking or innovative.
So awful it hits the bottom of the bad-o-meter and bounces back up to be sort of good. I haven’t laughed this hard in a while. Of course it was in all the wrong spots and mixed with an underlying groan.
Captures the author’s spirit, creating a film with not only whimsical creatures but very real emotions.
