A film that is at times laughable yet at the same time, over 15 years after its release, its premise is still up for debate and discussion.
Transsiberian is a deeply engrossing film from the get go. It sucked me in with a simple, yet often overlooked, idea – interesting characters.
Thank goodness that experiment in appeasing the commercial suit types is over and the quirky brothers are back to form with No Country for Old Men, a dark and violent exploration of nature’s hunt and the relevance of time.
